Despite significant advances in obstetrics, adverse birth outcomes remain unacceptably high. According to the WHO, birth asphyxia affects 3.5 million families annually resulting in 700,000 neonatal deaths and leaving another 700,000 newborns with severe neurological disabilities.
We founded Aphea Tech to close this gap. We exist to empower healthcare professionals with the advanced tools they need to better assess the risks, prevent asphyxia, and safeguard the lives of newborns.
